How to Upgrade Oracle Database 19.3.0.0 to 19.14.0.0 ?

Is it possible to directly upgrade from database 19.3.0.0 to 19.14.0.0 ? Yes we can upgrade directly 19.14.0.0 using Superset patch. The latest Patch 33515361: DATABASE RELEASE UPDATE 19.14.0.0.0, is one-off patch

Is it necessary to have your Oracle Databases to 19.14? I think: No but using this superset patch you can bump your oracle database version to 19.14 to align with source databases if you have any replication dependencies. README
